DigComp — the European reference framework for digital competences of citizens — uses a specific terminology. Discussing DigComp topics across various languages can become tricky. To mitigate this, the EU commission has published a list of recommended translations, especially for naming the 21 competencies whose entirety constitutes DigComp.
