poster of nec digital in communOrganized for the third consecutive year by the Agence Landaise pour l’Informatique (ALPI) and La Fibre 64, with the support of the Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires, the Numérique En Commun[s] (NEC) Sud-Ouest forum took place on June 19–20, 2025, in Mont-de-Marsan.

The 2025 edition invited digital stakeholders to come together to discuss current issues and share inspiring experiences.

This year, the topics covered were:

  • Disability and digital technology: how to ensure accessibility?

  • Artificial intelligence: for professional and responsible use

Digital sobriety initiatives and digital mediation tools were also presented and tested, with the participation of CNIL, GRADes ESEA, ICOPE40, the Ligue de l’Enseignement Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Maison Eco Citoyenne (MEC) des Landes, and Reconnect.

The event provided a space for discussion and discovery, led by local and national speakers sharing inspiring success stories. Around 100 participants attended.

DigComp Workshop: Integrating the European Framework into Digital Practices

On Friday, June 20, the Ligue de l’Enseignement Nouvelle-Aquitaine hosted a workshop titled “Using the DigComp Framework in My Digital Activities.”

This workshop presented the European DigCompAE project, which aims to integrate the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp) into adult education in an innovative and holistic way. Participants explored the framework in a hands-on, engaging manner and discovered tools to track and validate the digital skills acquired. The workshop also facilitated enriching discussions on digital mediation practices and the recognition of competencies in this field.
