How can considering digital skills of citizens be made operabal in the planning processes of adult education? 

Starting from the skills categories and skills levels defined in DigComp, we tried to develop a simple way for educational planners to mark for each individual course what digital competences are needed (and will be developed). This consists in a a simple text document (here made in MS Word, but this is of no importance) with a table listing the 21 digital skills (in five areas) as defined by DigComp.

In this simple and totally low-tech system, teachers and educational managers would simply tickmark by pencil on the physical sheet of paper on what level they see a given course.

Different from the original DigComp we use "me" sentences to describe the 21 competences.

The individual skills in each area are described in form of "me"-sentences. This is a deviation from the original DigComp model. For more on this, see the respective blog article below.
