In June 2025, CEFAL (as a member of the Open Consortium) launched the activities set out in WP 4 of the European Digcomp AE project. CEFAL involved over twenty employees from its various offices (Parma, Piacenza, Faenza, Lugo).
The working group is diverse, with people working in adult education in various fields (prisons, disabilities, vulnerability, corporate training).
Essentially, the participants are responsible for coordinating training activities and active labor market policy services and tutoring classroom activities; many of them are active as operators in CEFAL's active labor market policy services.
The following activities were carried out during the meetings:
- Verification of the group's knowledge of DigComp 2.2, through a quiz organized on the Kahoot platform;
- Illustration of the method for assessing digital skills using DigComp, thanks in part to the activity carried out in May with the trainers of the Central Training School, sharing CEFAL's goal of creating its own assessment tool based on this methodology;
- Creation of an assessment test based on DigComp, tailored to the different characteristics of the beneficiaries of CEFAL's training activities;
- Presentation of the Open Badge tool that CEFAL has adopted for the digital certification of skills.
